What to do next...

For individuals and families who have never received care before, the process of getting it set up can be daunting. Here at Cheshire Home Care, we want to make it is as easy and stress free as possible. 

Step 1 – Call our office to speak to one of our team

Call us on 01565 750011 or email us at info@cheshirehomecaresolutions.com. All of our office staff have the experience and knowledge to guide you through the process. Whether you just want some more information or you would like to arrange a home assessment, we are here to help.

Step 2 – Arrange a free, no obligation, home assessment

As part of the decision process, one of our team will visit your home to discuss your support needs and requirements. This initial assessment gives you the chance to ask any questions and discuss the process in more depth.

Step 3 - Personalised care package is set up

Once we have carried out your assessment and you have decided to proceed with care at home, your personalised care package will be set up. This will be centred around your support needs and preferences.

Step 4 – Care begins

Your care will begin. Our team will be in touch regularly to check how everything is going and to offer reviews where necessary. All of our carers use our online communication software 'Birdie'. This is a phone app and allows you and your family to stay up to date with all aspects of your care at any time and from anywhere.
